Conference/Reception Rooms and Classrooms

We provide approved clients with conference room access on an as-needed basis. Rooms can be set-up for receptions, board meetings or classrooms for extended use for evenings and weekend programs. Clients are able to reduce business expenses while increasing their market presence and program offerings. Our staff is dedicated to providing clients with a friendly environment and warm reception, customized for their business or social needs.


Our facility offers an innovative way for start-up and/or home based businesses to keep their overhead low and their productivity high. We also allow sales and contractors representing regionally and nationally based businesses to have a stable Baton Rouge presence on an affordable budget via regularly scheduled space reservations.


Meeting rooms with capacity of up to 50 individuals are ideal for workshops and training. Each of our rooms has Wi-Fi access and accommodations for audio/visual equipment. Participants have access to indoor and covered outdoor break areas for refreshments and interaction between sessions. With several classroom size meeting rooms, wireless Internet access and location in the heart of Baton Rouge, we are the perfect solution for your meeting and training location challenges.

Basic Plan

Features

  • Access for up to 5 half-day sessions per week
  • Includes access to second floor designated shared work spaces and reserved first floor office meeting rooms. Clients must be present during office meetings and reserve rooms for one hour periods during sessions as available
  • Cost: $150 per month


Custom Plan

Features

  • Office and meeting rooms scheduled based on client needs
  • Package may include several office days followed by conference/meeting room reservation that are scheduled on a periodic basis
