Reception/Office Meeting Space

Reception/Meeting Room (NEW PEARL ROOM)

Rooms can be set-up for receptions, board meetings or extended use for evenings and weekend functions. Clients are able to reduce meeting expenses while increasing their market presence and program meeting offerings. Our staff is dedicated to providing clients with a friendly meeting environment and warm receptions, customized for their business or social needs.


Our facility offers an innovative way for start-up and/or home based businesses to keep their overhead low and their productivity high. We also allow sales and contractors representing regionally and nationally based businesses to have a stable Baton Rouge meeting and reception location on an affordable budget via regularly scheduled space reservations.


Meeting rooms with capacity of up to 100 individuals are ideal for workshops, receptions and training. Each room has Wi-Fi access and accommodations for audio/visual equipment. Participants have access to covered outdoor break areas for refreshments and interaction between sessions. 

The Meeting Center is your location weekdays, evenings and weekends:

Pearl Reception/Conference Room

Features:

First floor handicap access

Waiting area, private rooms, refreshment areas available.

Capacity:

80 Individual reception/workshop seating or Board meeting area and staff seating

3 in-suite private office access

Cost:

$75 per hour with two hour minimum (Monday through Friday 5 pm)

$100 per hour with three hour minimum Friday after 5 pm, Saturday, Sunday and during Holiday periods.

(Additional service area $50 per hour) 

Clients may reserve the Pearl Room Monday through Sunday 7:30 AM to 10:30 PM including setup and cleanup periods.
